Williams All Seasons Co. Retail Return Policy

Williams Ski & Patio is committed to our customer’s satisfaction. Any unused items may be returned to us for exchange or refund within 12 days. If within 12-30 days you may receive store credit. 

For items that we shipped as ordered, shipping charges are non-refundable. 

Please follow the steps below for faster exchange or refund.

1. Bring in a copy of your receipt or invoice. 
2. Bring credit card used. If paid in cash and receipt totaled over $50 then Williams will issue a check in the mail  within the next check cycle.
3. We can only accept return items that are in new and unused condition.
4. All items must be returned in their original packaging. 
5. Items must be returned with all of the original tags still attached.
